Evening Yoga Bliss at The Fit Co

Unwind and restore with this 60-minute gentle and slow yoga class, designed to help you transition into a state of calm and relaxation. This session combines pranayama exercises, mindful stretching, and slow-flowing vinyasa sequences to ease tension, improve flexibility, and promote inner peace. Set in a tranquil atmosphere at The Fit Co studio, the class is perfect for all levels and will provide you with a safe and supportive space to connect with your breath, body, and mind. Yoga mats are available at the studio, as are blocks and straps, but please feel free to bring your own if you wish.
