Flex & Flow Fusion at The Fit Co

This 45-minute session combines the targeted and efficient exercises of The Fit Co's "No Sweat" class with the best elements of yoga, linking breath with movement, and providing mindful flowing sequences to help you get more attuned with your body to improve your stamina, flexibility, and focus. Each session will target the major (and not-so-major) muscle groups, boost cardiovascular endurance, and improve mobility—all in under an hour! The end of each session will provide a cool down and stretch to restore balance, reduce tension, and support recovery. This class provides a great full-body workout that will leave you feeling energized, empowered, and centered.
